The “easy-to-handle”, flexible system to be used for pipe-to-pipe, pipe-to-bend and pipe-to-tee or flange – align and adjust and is ready to weld in less than 10 minutes!

The HD Clamp can operate on pipe diameters from 12” (304,8 mm) to 60” (1524 mm).The HD Clamp is able to align and adjust pipes and fittings with wall thickness up to 1” (20 mm).

To meet the requirements from pipe manufacturers, nuclear, offshore and petrochemical industries, all parts of the HD Clamp that makes contact with the pipes, are made of stainless steel to avoid markings and contamination on the pipes. The jack-bars are adjustable and removable.

All HD Clamps comes with chain and jack-bars for all pipe dimensions. Other sizes on request.
